Introduction
Preboarding is an HR platform for recruiting new candidates to the company. This platform is part of the company's HR services ecosystem, and part of this platform is located directly on the corporate portal platform. The platform provides communication capabilities between the recruiter, HR partner, and candidate, as well as secure recruiting for the candidate.
Goals
  • Research the pain points of HR employees regarding the new employee hiring process.
  • Create a platform for data exchange between candidates and participants in the hiring process.
  • Ensure communication between all process participants.
  • Accelerate the employee hiring process.
  • Automate the document verification process for recruiters and HR partners.
  • Keep the candidate informed about the recruiting process.
My Role
My role was a Product Designer on the team developing HR products. I was the sole designer working alongside a QA specialist, frontend developers, backend developers, and product managers.
What I did:
  • Formulated and tested hypotheses, identified problems with the product, user, and processes through in-depth interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Designed solutions in the form of scenarios, validations, edge cases, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Conducted design reviews of the implementation using Dev Tools.
  • Analyzed feedback and product metrics, and measured them during usability testing and observations.
  • Improved and refined scenarios, comparing feedback and metrics for the "Before" and "After" states of a scenario.
Design process

  • Analysis of current problems, requirements gathering.
  • In-depth interviews with the target audience.
  • Analysis of the target audience, their problems, needs, pain points, and tasks.
  • Analysis of direct and indirect competitors.
Interface solutions
Preboarding consists of the following sections:

  • The platform eliminated security issues in candidate data protection
